You send a request
Use the form above, or email [email protected] with your name and the best way to reach you.
The office contacts you
A team member confirms the reason for your visit, checks your insurance and finds a time. If you haven't heard back in two business days, please email again.
You get ready
Gather your eye drops or a list of them, your glasses, other medicines, and any past visual field or OCT reports. Bring a driver in case your pupils are dilated.
Your first visit
Expect pressure checks, a look at the drainage angle and optic nerve, and often an OCT scan and a visual field test. Plan on a longer first visit.
Referring clinicians: email [email protected] and the office will explain how to send records securely. Please don't attach patient records to an ordinary email.
